During last year I started collecting hardware recommendations in a structured format at an online barcamp, and we also ran a small evaluation at our office to figure out what hardware would make sense for our new meeting rooms – this table is available both as a CSV on GitHub and as a spreadsheet, whichever you prefer:

The prices are of course long out of date by now, but I’m happy to take suggested changes (aka pull requests) or ideas on how to document this kind of product collection better…

In our office, we concluded that we wanted an integrated solution without a Windows PC – and aside from the Android OS, the software on Teams Rooms devices (MTR) is always the same – so in the end we settled on an A30 for our large meeting room. Later we added an A40 for the medium one.
